how long will my order take to arrive?

what is your return and refund policy?

we want you to absolutely love your cozy finds! because our items are custom-made, all sales are final. however, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a clear photo of the issue. we’ll work with you to make things right and arrange a replacement at no extra cost. ♡ please see our return, refund, and cancellation policy below for more details.

our special collections feature hand-drawn designs that are available for both personal and commercial use. these items are perfect for small business owners doing B2C selling, as well as creators who want to add a touch of magic to their work.

what is prohibited with the special collections?

kindly read the do’s and don’ts below to make sure we’re all on the same page ♡

  • reselling these files as digital downloads or bundling them for redistribution (for sale or free) is prohibited.
  • you cannot claim the designs as your own or share/distribute the files in any form.
  • printing and selling transfers (like UVDTF or vinyl transfers) is not allowed unless approved.
  • uploading/submitting designs to mass printing services (e.g., Zazzle, Society6) is prohibited.
  • creating and selling stickers using these designs is not allowed.
  • these items cannot be used on print-on-demand platforms or any platform that mass-produces products.

what can I do with the special collections?

with a commercial license, you can create and sell physical products like apparel, home décor, and accessories directly to your customers (up to 1,000 items). with an extended commercial license, you can create unlimited items for b2c sales. b2c applies to both commercial and extended licenses.

just a little reminder—this applies only when you purchase the commercial or extended commercial license, not personal use. be sure to check the product description to see if it’s the right fit for your business.

this is meant for small businesses with 1-10 employees and a net income under $250,000 per year (per statcan.gc).

can I modify the special collections for use in my designs?

absolutely! you’re welcome to customize the files to match your creative vision—whether it’s changing colors, adding text, or blending elements. just remember, any final products must be physical items and cannot be resold as digital files.

do I need to credit "Artfilia Designs" when I use the special collections?

no, credit isn’t required, but if you do choose to credit "Artfilia Designs" in your mockups, social media posts, or promotional materials, it would truly mean the world to me! ♡

what is your cancellation, refund, and exchange policy for special collections?

due to the nature of our special collections digital downloads, we’re unable to offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once the payment is complete and the file has been downloaded. we kindly ask that you review all product details before purchasing to ensure it’s the perfect fit. thank you so much for your understanding and support! ♡

what happens if I break the terms of use?
